Ever since I heard about Jerry Seinfeld's "Don't Break the Chain" productivity technique, I've been looking for a chain of my own to start, and I think I've finally found it.
The St. Louis area has a ton of great biking/hiking trails, and I rode 50 miles last weekend (which is a lot for me and my non-rode-bike). Most of that was on the Katy trail, which is a rails-to-trails bike trail that runs 250 miles across Missouri, and is *very* beautiful (I'll definitely gonna take my camera next time). The total mileage took about 5 hours, and I think that's a reasonable per-week goal for me, so that'll be my chain. It won't always be biking, of course, but 5 hours of exercise (preferably outdoor) per week seems very doable.
Stay tuned for updates!
